Would you want to die without knowing your family are looked after?

Making a will is one of the most important things you can do within your life time. Whether you are married or not, have children or not and irrespective of the level of your assets, to ensure that your property and possessions go to those you care about, it is imperative that you set out in writing exactly what you want to happen upon your death. A will can be changed as many times throughout your lifetime, reflecting any changes in circumstances and wishes. Unfortunately we cannot predict the future and don't know what life has in store for us. We all know someone who has been subject to a critical illness or an unfortunate accident, make sure that you know your wishes will be carried out should anything happen to you; do it now, before it is too late.

Dying without a will makes the administration of the Estate a very upsetting, stressful and unnecessarily expensive time for your loved ones. Should you die without a will; the law will decide who gets what. This is highly unlikely to reflect your wishes and could mean that your partner may get nothing, even your spouse may not get a significant slice of the estate and your children are unlikely to be looked after to the extent that you would hope.

Making a Will is the only way to give long-term protection to your family and assets that you have worked so hard for throughout your life.
